Good Morning Everyone!
A special welcome to all the new freshers and postgrads. 
After a crazy freshers week, we hope you are looking forward to getting back to normal and actually going to lectures - maybe. This emailhas all the information you need to get involved. 

Membership and Paperworksorry it's dull
To join the club this year pay your membership a.s.a.p. £25 for the year, £15 for the semester. You need to get Canoe and AU club membership.

You all so need to fill in some paperwork.  The medical form is most important. 

Events this week!Don;t panic the usual weekly email will return next week

Sorry No Pool Sessions this week!
Pub session at Rascals, 10pm. Come and meet the club, ask any questions and have a bit of fun. 
Sea Session at the Boatshed (East Sands), 2pm. Simular to last weeks give-it-a-go. Come and try out kayaking again, more games, more polo, more pier jumps. 

EGM and Batman/Election film night, 6.40/7pm, location tbc. The EGM to elect a new social and fundraising convenor will take place at 6.40pm sharp. If your there you get a vote, if not you don't. Come along if you want to stand for this committee position. Emailgkw2 with queries. Followed by the tradition Batman film night. 

Fresher's TripI will give a prize to the first fresher to discover these, let me know
The first chance to experience paddling on a river. The annual freshers trip will be taking place soon. It's a fun weekend trip down the river Tay (a chilled and friendly river, suitable for beginners). All you need to do to sign up is speak to Gina at the pub  on Monday oremail gkw2 after Monday (space usually fill up quickly), be a member and have filled out the safety forms mentioned earlier.
