Another fun and banter-filled weekly email for you.
Dates for your Diary
Thursday 15th November - Your Last Chance to be in the Naked Calendar
This Thursday before the pool session come along to 13 Woodburn Terrace (which will have a paddle outside the front of the house so you can find it easily) at 8pm to be in the very last photo shoot of the year. Don't get too disheartened at the thought of it being the last one though as it's Christmas themed, so please bring along any tinsel, bobbles, christmas hats, decorations, trees etc. to make us look all Christmassy and wonderful! See you there!
Thursday 15th November - Pool session with a twist
I promise there'll be an extra special fun pool session tomorrow at 8:45pm. (safety)
Friday 23rd November - Adrenaline Ball
Do you like balls? Tim does. The ball of the first semester will be one of the biggest balls you've ever seen, dinner tickets cost £35 and include a three course meal with half a bottle of wine and hopefully no cabbage and then a ceilidh and DJ set from the fabulous Tom Burns. Dance tickets are £15 and definitely don't involve cabbage but do involve the ceilidh and dancing. If you are interested in buying a ticket e-mail Tim (trc3), he will be selling them at the pool on thursday. For those of you that have paid him, the bands have arrived so he will bring them to the surf on wednesday and the pool on thursday so come find him at one of those times.
Wednesday 28th November - Pre-sinners Christmas Meal
Tim is sorry to keep asking people for money but he will anyway. There will be a 3 course pre-sinners christmas meal of the highest quality on the 28th November at 6:30pm, it will cost £16.95 and includes a drink, £5 is needed as a deposit by the 18th so Tim will be taking names and money after the pool tomorrow.
Thursday 19th - Friday 21st December - Christmas Trip
The merriest trip of the year is here once more! Bag you space with Camille at the pub (bring £15 for a deposit) or send her an email (ch663). We'll be bunkhousing for two nights, eating till we burst, sledging and snowboating in the glens! Don't miss out!
Maybe Rory won't drink as much wine this time...
In other news...First Aid Courses:
If anyone is planning on doing 4* assessment next semester and hasn't got a first aid certificate pleas email Jon (jrh8).
If you weren't already aware, it's the university's 600th anniversary this coming year and sports clubs have been invited to do their own 'Your600' challenge between now and May 2013. If you'd like to discuss any group ideas you have please get in touch with Kmac (km732), or if it's a personal challenge, sign-up here.

Jon's weekly escapade update: Jon succeeded, much to the surprise of, well, everyone, to give up alcohol for the week. He is now, however, addicted to his new passion, Risk.
That's all for this week. Today's Cat Picture of the Week, enjoy.
Istanbul, Turkey is the only city in the world located on two continents.
I don't wanna hear any more "I didn't hear about this trip"..."It was in the weekly email"..."Oh I don't read the weekly email." Moral of the story: Read the email, or don't complain.
Love as always,
