Paying for Trips and Receipts
Please be aware that it is equally your responsibility to make sure that I have noted down your payments to the club. Make sure I write down what you are paying for so you don't end up paying for the same trip twice!
I'll now be pricing trips precisely three weeks after the trip has happened. If you don't give me your fuel receipts by then I won't be able to pay you. If you can't get the receipts to me on time, email me about it and I'll pay you for them at a later date.
Finally just a quick reminder...
Please make sure that you are out of the pool by 10pm on Thursdays! That way our gear officers can lock up quickly.
Feeling chilly? Why not get yourself to the pool and pub this Thursday for some heart-warming canoe club love?
See you there!
