Evening everybody!

Hope the little tests aren't getting you down, here's a bit of the latest news/excitement to aid your procrastination :)

Provisional tree planting dates:

3 opportunities to get involved:
14th Feb - 1pm - 2.30pm help Waid Academy kids plant trees
15th Feb - 12noon - dark - main event
another date (tbc)  - help Kingsbarns primary school kids plant trees

Please let me (sed32) know which you want to do, all is perfectly wonderful, or just one is very wonderful too, we do have a lot of trees to plant so please help if you can and it will be fun! There is a bus which runs from St Andrews almost direct to the site or we may be able to hire some transport to shuttle people up - make sure you let me know if you're keen as we can only book transport if we know numbers etc!

BUCS Slalom 18th-19th February
Who wants to join the team this year? I have 13 names so far and need a rough number soon to book hotels, yes HOTELS, no camping! It's at the newly refurbished Tees Barrage, so not too far to travel and no Trent-Flu/Belly/Aids! Email me km732 if you are a competent grade 2/3 paddler and want to come along.
It's gonna be a good one...

SUS Polo 3rd-4th February
The hottest event of the year. Anyone who wants to come along to support/cheer-lead etc, let me know so Glasgow can save you floorspace and party wristbands.

Finally, if you're bored and need some canoe-action over the next couple of weeks we'll be posting it on Facebook so keep your eyes peeled.
